Citra 50 grams dry hop for three days*

Ferment with Safale US-05, or Wyeast 1056, 1272 or 1450

*This beer requires a second fermenter. When fermentation is complete dry hop with 50 grams of Citra. Leave for three days and then transfer to a second fermenter. Leave several days to clear and condition before packaging.
